Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richburg By Ihg

It was a nice hotel in a great area, not far from Rock Hill, richburg, and Charlotte. The breakfast was great and offered variety of items. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfy. Marvellous and unbeatable location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. There was Mcdonald's nearby, offering quick meals.

The breakfast was great, with variety of goodies. The location in the middle of jackson was marvellous. We had lunch in Kfc Taco Bell, located nearby.

I did experience issues with the fire alarm going off early in the morning and difficulty getting my room serviced. Great for families looking for a comfortable base, but improvement in communication and maintenance would enhance the experience.

Nice stay with comfy rooms!

We had a really chill night here! The leisure king room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast was decent too, but I was kinda bummed about the broken pancake machine. The lady in the kitchen wasn't friendly, a letdown. Christine, at the front desk, was awesome and helped with my pillow questions.

We visited the local mall and a cool diner nearby, and the place was a comfy base for us. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was perfect for a fun getaway!

I did have an issue when I tried to call to cancel one night.

The swimming pool was a good surprise, perfect for soaking up some sun on the loungers! Breakfast was not just good. The variety kept me energized for the day ahead. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed in my room-it was pure bliss!

the laundry service was a bit slow. but the breakfast had so many delicious options and the staff were super friendly. also, the rooms were really clean and spacious, which we greatly appreciated.

The room was super clean and I loved how safe I felt with all the lights in the parking lot. And a nice swimming pool and chill game room added to the fun. I did have a little trouble with the reservations, but the hotel staff was quick to help me out 😊

The breakfast was delicious with fresh bacon and great options. Our room was king-sized, super spacious, and beautifully decorated with air conditioning and a tv. The bathroom had large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a nice touch. Staff was so friendly, always there to help!

My children wished the pool was open for fun . It would be great if the hotel extended the breakfast hours for families.

The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the hot cinnamon rolls. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Just a heads-up , consider confirming pool availability ahead of time if it's a priority for you!

Very nice staff, beautiful hotel, the staff was so cute and kind, making our stay feel like we were treated like family, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the outdoor swimming pool.

The breakfast was a real treat, with bacon that had us coming back for more! Not to mention the super friendly staff who were always there to help. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated!

The pool situation was a real bummer-looked like a refreshing oasis but was out of order. Plus, those hallways turned into saunas.

The hotel is just a few steps from the Olde English District Market, easy for me to explore local shops and grab a quick bite before my city strolls. With Zaxby's right down the road, I enjoyed having convenient dining options close by .

We had a great time enjoying the pool! But it was disappointing that it wasn't open . The breakfast was solid, though, with a comfy environment overall 😊
